Under construction

This page is being torn down and rewritten. What's below is the old skin, mid-shed — it's on its way out, not meant to be read straight. Come back for the new one.

CV / Client Work

Community

Founded an online community at fifty active members, alone, through the teenage years — recruitment, training, structure, all of it self-built. It fractured under members who'd formed their own hierarchy inside it, unscreened. That failure is now design input on a current project — the admission process exists because of exactly this.

Working under constraint

Logistics role in a small manufacturing shop. Outpaced the assigned load consistently enough to end up running the machines. A remote role with a small non-profit: the first system plan failed, a working one got built from scratch instead, alongside research and campaign work.

Working across cultures

A multicultural upbringing. Work abroad. A university exchange on another continent that opened into an unplanned project. A remote team spread across three continents.

Two competition placements, four years apart

Top three, twice, in a national student investing competition — leading a team the second time. A degree thesis combined several strategic frameworks into one model for an industry without established theory yet; the frameworks turned out to structurally overlap under those conditions, which is the actual finding.

Infrastructure, running now

A self-hosted server. Privacy engineering, local-only smart-home control, encryption throughout. Built and documented through AI-augmented sessions. This site runs on it.

Services

What's above is history. What follows is available now.

  • Custom ritual objects. Prayer beads and adjacent pieces, built to a person's own symbolism rather than one fixed tradition. One-off work, priced for the time it takes.

  • Research and infrastructure. Contract research for teams that need it done fast. Building someone their own private, self-hosted system — the same kind running this site — for people who want their own infrastructure and don't want to depend on someone else's server.

  • Teaching. Tutoring and structured study support.

  • Structured conversation. One-on-one sessions for people working through a real decision or a stuck place — not therapy, a different kind of room.

  • Guided fishing. Arranged locally.
